I like this page about memorizing jazz chord progressions, especially this hilarious "version" of Autumn Leaves. Being the chord progression nerd that I am, this is how I often sing along to songs I know how to play.

On the same topic, I started taking some notes on some of my favorite harmonic tidbits. The sources given are not in any way particularly canonical — they're just the songs I think of most when I hear these things.
