Also a couple nights ago due to randomly bumping into Alex Groce who was two rooms down the hall from me in the hotel, I went with him and dr4b and eub to a sushi place, where I actually tried sushi. It was... interesting. I assume different fish taste different, but the tuna I had just tasted weird and nonfishy and lightly metallicky to me. I'm glad I tried it, anyway.
