Strangely Sony's voice recognition system did a little better this time I tried calling them. It only misheard the model number "VGNFJ270" as "VGNSJ270" which is pretty understandable.

At the airport now. A big ol' ++ to: (a) the woman who made sure people in the huge long line were in the correct line (I was not, and she saved me a lot of time by determining this) (b) the alternate security line that was 10x shorter than the regular one (c) airport wireless.
