Okay, I am somewhat pissed off that EXACTLY THE SAME sort of stuff is now happening to my relatively new laptop as my old one. Mysterious reboots, video glitches, etc. The difference is that this one is still under warranty and I have no pressing deadlines that make me absolutely need to have it around, so maybe I can get it fixed or something. Sony's voice-recognition system for their phone center is so awful, except that fortunately it shunts you to a real person pretty fast.

Clearly you're haunted by a computer-dwelling ghost a la the classic PBS series Ghostwriter who is trying to make himself/herself known.

It's under warranty and you don't need to have it around, so get it fixed now.
