Playtested Wheelbarrow. Works surprisingly
well for a first draft. Changing 6+a to just
a at pete's suggestion. Maybe the minimum bid
should be 9 instead of 7 tricks as it currently
stands. Instead of numeric scoring, contract
points and trick points? Idunno.
