Went to the Carolyn Berk concert --- it was okay, but not mind-blowing. I guess I got used to the way her CDs sound, with the whole band. She didn't play "Now that You're a Ghost", but she did hit "Winter Takes a Lover" and "Peppermint" and "Season's Greetings", some of my favorites. Only problem is now I feel utterly demolished and wretched and lonely and sad. Stupid sad music, for being all sad and yet seductively pretty!

Also I turn 25 tomorrow, which makes me feel kind of old, and contributes to the general feeling of despair etc. Apologies to anyone older than me for whom this will surely seem like pointless whining.
