Did the music thing with iole200 again. I am really liking the Postal Service song "Such Great Heights" as covered by Iron and Wine. I had heard tplushdame play it at that show back in february, but I didn't really care for her piano riff (though the vocals were very good) and I know I must have heard it when I saw "Garden State", but somehow I didn't put two and two together until I actually started playing it myself. So simple! So nice! It's about the sweetest tune I've heard in a long while that's made out of just I-IV-V.

Current backburner writing project hit 25k words today, after about a month of hacking at it. Don't know if I can turn it into anything readable, but NaNoWriMo has taught me the satisfying warmth of sheer worthless bulk of words.

AB apparently had set up a projection screen on the cut and they were playing "The Wizard", so I watched about the last two-thirds of it. A hilariously terrible movie.
