Enjoying this little corner of the Baker cluster with the scanner and Illustrator again. I got to doodling at McDonald's waiting for my food, and got the beginnings of the following:
I was pretty stumped by the majuscules, since the face seems to be begging for nice 3rd-grade-old-skool cursivey capitals, but I can barely remember how to do them. Stuff's been on my mind lately, thus the links yesterday about calligraphy, but I couldn't remember it well enough over dinner. I have a bunch of awful-looking capital cursive Gs in a row on the next page of scratch paper (the one I didn't scan in) but a lovely B and J and L.
