easwaran's entry claimed of Tok Pisin that "all you need to know is that "blong" means "of" and you can understand half the news." After checking the news-in-Tok-Pisin link I can't say I really agree, but it's a neat language. I have a soft spot in my heart for pidgins, though.
I found another couple of interesting pages about it, one with a bunch of random stuff with some audio and images (sadly I can't figure out from the audio samples whether the prosody is predictable - final stress seems pretty common, though) and another with a lot of interesting stuff about lexicography in general, and specifically lexicography for TP.
