Y'know, I thought my laptop had really low battery power last night, so I wasn't too surprised when I found it off and refusing to turn on in the morning until I plugged it into the wall. What did surprise me subsequently was that it reported the battery as being at 100% once it came on, and functioning happily after I unplugged it.
