More gallia hacking.
Changed the input file format; It now
keeps track of provinces and nation names,
and the program correctly displays province
boundaries.
The issue of how to show province names
is troublesome.
Added a border containing
numbers down and letters across.

Put some weird scripty shit
on functor.org.
