My theory was correct! Apparently ambrosevideo.com is for people wanting to obtain non-theatrical public performance rights, (i.e. schools) and documentary-video.com is for home video buyers. The latter indeed has both connections 2 and 3 for $150 ($125 after discount)! Hooray. I think I shall buy them soon.
