Read "Modern Englishes -- Pidgins and Creoles". Quite decent, but kind of short read, since most of the bulk of it is vocab lists from Cameroon Pidgin and Tok Pisin. Nonetheless, I enjoy Having A Life in the cdinwood sense of having enough time to read a book per day.
