Got some research project programming done, woo. Not much, but I feel better getting back in the mood of making concrete, indubitable progress. I am... Parsey McParseParse.

Very nearly done with Romance Languages. There was an amusing comment about how the conditional imperative (in english "you should have done X") is rendered via the past progressive in Sardinian and how the author is not aware of it being fully grammaticalized in any language. I'm mostly amused by the fact that such subtle shadings of meaning can be achieved by combination of tech-y sounding buzzwords. In any event, Conlangers, take note! You can be the first to have a special conditional imperative conjugation!

Now I am hot and dehydrated and my laptop fan's a buzzin'. Time to go to campus, eat pizza, and make music.
