Yesterday: (i) cdinwood's birthday party at maxnermas, (ii) 7th annual robbins sticks his meat in a warm place and everyone eats it, I mean, lounge bbq (iii) trip to union grill with a large chunk of the whizbang-intersect-cornerstone-union-MPL crowd (iv) brief stay at cia party with combinator, saw brandi again, lost even more respect for her, saw bobrost spit shots of 151 into matches and make big fireballs, (v) hung out with tom and neal and martin and heather for a while in the uc (vi) left for home and ran into dee and nick and carl one more time and said goodbye.

Today: got brunch with martin, neal, tom, ellen, pete, norm. While I really can't stand F&F late at night anymore, their french toast is quite tasty. Very nearly got pulled into a game of puerto rico, but I had totally promised myself I would get some work done immediately after breakfast, and I had been breaking self-promises nonstop since three weeks ago. The good news is that kaustuv and I actually did get the checkpoint under control. Mostly kaustuv, again. I am the crappiest partner evar. Oh well. I will continuously try to improve.

Got some dinner, came back home. Discovered adam and his parents assailing our dwelling in a vicious whirlwindy dervish of cleaning and home improvement. Now it looks like I am being swept up in a second dinner. Woo.
