Flew into Montana today, got to see my grandmother soon after.
She's still sharp and awake, and still has her usual sense of humor.
Still kind of hard for me to deal with. Am experiencing the usual sort of antisocial wanting-to-escape feeling I usually do when suddenly a lot of people related to me around and talking a lot. I mean, seriously, if you think I never shut up, consider the genes that had to have gotten diluted with my (rather selective-with-words) father's. :) Am rereading cryptonomicon, anyway, (and still forging through PMEG) so it's not too bad.
