K made it out here after a harrowing 3-hour busventure. Public transit disruption is serious business, yinz. Watched some of The Wire, which K is making her way through for the first time.
Had a delicious dutch baby with roasted pear for a topping. Applying mechanical mixing (and therefore considerable aeration) to the wets before mixing drys and wets together seemed to make it a bit fluffier in the center.
