Back in pittsburgh. It feels good to be home. Travelling here went uneventfully. Typing in dvorak is hard now since I hardly used my laptop at all over break, but not nearly as hard as it was when I was first learning it.
I have... several more books now. Reading a textbook on the philosophy of art. Much of it is crap, but it's interesting crap.
Huh, the trend of attractive women whom I don't know at all appending themselves to my friend-of list continues.
I'm beginning to think this internet thing may turn out to be useful after all!
Two data points is a trend, dammit
Hmm. Beeping at three-minute intervals tells me the battry in the fahr detector needs replaced.
Which reminds me, the woman driving the cab I was in was very amused by the pittsburghese hamlet's soliloquy, "or not". We had a really cool conversation about christmas and religion and coping with one's family and and language and dialects and things on the drive over to the airport this morning. I feel sort of bad I'll almost surely never see her again.
