Had a dream involving playing piano while talking to Lindsay Spriggs after some sort of halloween party.

Meeting with frank went well. Discussed some implementation issues.

Holy crap do I wish I could formally check all the stuff I'm doing on paper now, though. Some day...

Had rambly lounge conversation with katie and rebecca this morning, wound up talking about some of my experiences playing music with various people... somehow I think I stumbled into some big, underlying but indistinct theme in the way I size up people, whether targets of romantic intentions or not. Something about whether someone is accustomed to being really in what they're doing, (as a hobby, for work, whatever) willing to be consumed by it to some extent, taking it dead serious even at the same time as happily accepting that it (I'm thinking here of math and music in particular) is ultimately pointless.
