Went to Garrison Keillor lecture with pumpkinn_king. Much fun. They were "sold out" in the sense of "only obstructed view seats remaining" but they weren't really that badly obstructed. I really ought to get around to reading that WLT novel of his. It's still sitting on the bottom shelf of my bookshelf taunting me.

Also checked out Murakami's "South of the Border, West of the Sun" and "Proofs from 'the Book'" (alluding to Erdos's "book in which god keeps all the good proofs") from the Carnegie library.
