Notes from a Medium-Sized Island

Had a dream in which I was composing music together with a couple other people.
There were some pretty specific chord progressions involved, but I forget them now.
Someone in the dream was trying to tell me that 5/4 is common in indian classical
music.

Another day mostly frittered away on eating, reading, and piano-playing. Some of "Why People Believe Weird Things", and some of "The Devil's Details", a book about footnotes. Got a new pic thanks to sal's photographic skillz.
