Finished up Jessica Jones last night. Left kind of dissatisfied with it. The acting was mostly solid, but the way the characters were written knocked me out of suspension-of-disbelief several times especially in the last few episodes. Too many things seemed to conveniently happen to make the plot not resolve in the middle of the season, and to make it resolve at the very end. Like, I know that that has to happen, but for some narratives you don't see the scaffolding quite as exposed; the artifice is less in-your-face artificial. Still, if you don't mind a bit of superhero schtick, and REALLY REALLY FUCKING DARK plotlines where nobody is really unproblematically and uncomplicatedly The Good One To Root For, and you don't have a problem with TRIGGER WARNING: CHRIST ON A CRACKER JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING, then I mildly recommend the series.
