K's dad or one of his friends caught a shark (!) while on a fishing trip somewhere off the coast of long island or something, so long story short we had some shark meat. K tried marinating half of it in lemon, and another half in milk, since these were things the internet suggested trying. The lemon turned out perfectly edible, but I rather liked the milk one. Not too fishy, kind of buttery tasting, but not as bland as cod. Not that I have any problem with how bland cod is. It is like the mozzarella cheese of the fish world. Mmm.
