1c flour
1/2c water
1/2 tsp yeast
dash salt
2tsp sugar
1tbsp oil
knead for a while, let rise for about an hour, baked at 375 for about half an hour
Proofed the yeast in warm water for about 10m with a little bit of the sugar. Didn't foam like crazy like all the internet pictures of proofing yeast seemed to involve, but did foam a little.
