Watched the 2nd episode of this show "Black Mirror" with K. It's pretty intense. It was pitched to me as being Twilight Zone-y, and though I'm not sure how apt that is, it definitely has established its voice pretty well. Dystopian scenarios/hypotheticals that actually do feel fresh despite treading on very familiar ground. I am not sure how to explain any more without spoilers. Both episodes have had not so much a twist ending as a twist-of-the-knife ending. Not something out of left field that changes the whole meaning of what precedes, but a little shit-lagniappe that just makes it much, much worse.
