Had some nice lamb rice hummus platter thing at zaytoons, looked at a couple more apartments round my neighborhood. Still a bit pricey, but looking more plausibly livable. Turned down our noses at the one because its layout was weird (and the floors were slightly discus) and the second because the kitchen was tiny and it was next to a slightly noisy school and park.
