Didn't accomplish a whole lot today. Took some of the leftovers from yesterday and attempted to make a pierogie-like thing out of it with a simple flour-and-water dough. Sadly my filling-to-dough ratio was too high and it exploded while boiling. Also I don't think I rolled the dough flat enough.
