Another game I bought in the same Humble Bundle with Fez is "Limbo". Although visually very pretty, it does make me appreciate the visual and conceptual ambition of Fez more by contrast. Then again, I actually like its puzzles a lot. I'm impressed at how frequently they rely on squishy, continuous box2d-ish physics and nonetheless feel "tight" and well-defined somehow.
