Saw "Cloud Atlas" with K and aleffert. I think I mostly liked it. It was a long and rambly interwibbling of six kind-of-disjoint-OR-ARE-THEY stories, but I never felt bored once during the whole three hours of it. Only complaints were: the makeup was weird and awkward to the point of breaking suspension of disbelief, and it was hard to understand the weird futurey dialect dialog (which, as a linguistic nerd, I did rather like) without subtitles.
