Lunch was the usual deal of: throw onions, spices, canned crushed tomato, misc. vegetables, spice-marinated chicken into a pan, applying fire throughout. I think I'm getting a bit better at selecting spices and having a gut sense of proportions. This time I had too much onion and not enough tomato, but it was still pretty tasty.
Dinner was another attempt at pancake science, using the amazing technology of the $7 (!) electric hand-mixer I found in target a while ago. The egg whites turned out VERY FLUFFY with it. So much so compared to last time it makes me think I should have added more milk. The batter didn't flow down once it hit the pan hardly at all.
