Tried to walk around central park a bit, but it was pretty hot. Opted for the ol' Natural History Museum instead. The bioluminescence exhibit was kind of neat, but it was a bit long on panels full of circles with DID YOU KNOW?-style text, which I feel kind of isn't really taking advantage of the fact that you're a museum and can show real 3d stuff. There was indeed some real 3d stuff, just not as much as I'd expected. Actually a non-3d stuff that was enjoyable was a repeating short film that had some cute animation of deep-sea fangly fish doing their thing.
