Had a huge a delicious dinner at Casa Adela. It's really sinking in that my favorite food experience category in nyc to date is exploring other non-mexican latin american foods. Rice + beans + chicken + sweet plantains + hot sauce is just so so good. So proteiny-starchy-savoury.
