This snarky programming language design checklist (inspired directly by that classic snarky spam solution checklist) came out of some irc discussions with colin and elly around lunchtime today.

[Let me state for the record that I don't at all think these objections are in any way necessarily valid objections ;) The format of the joke is just a commentary on how these arguments usually go in practice. I actually think PL design has some exciting days ahead of it]
