I consider the wicked headache I started getting to be punishment for my hubris, by which I mean dearth of calories and caffeine. Struggled through it to successfully finish a more slow buildy-uppy version of the tune I was working on before. Got some tea around 4pm hoping it would help, but instead I collapsed involuntarily into a full-on Nap until about 7:30.
I don't take naps often, but when I do, I feel reeeeally weird and spaced-out when I wake up from them. For a little while anyway. Nibbled on some cheerios and yogurt, which helped. Now I can't decide if I actually need dinner or not.
