Man I am always impressed when I hear a I-vi-IV-V (i.e. the "heart and soul chord progression") song that I really like, since that is only, like, the most cliché chord progression in all of western popular music since the mid-20th century if not earlier. But Regina Spektor's "Folding Chair" I like.
