Au Pied de Cochon was great. I declined to have any of the Cochon itself and had a Steak de bison, which was quite good. I couldn't be sure if the difference in flavor from what I expect in a steak was bison vs. beef or just the mushroom sauce. Very tasty in any event, and good company as well.

Going to try to meet up with Derek today again and talk shop a bit. I might get back to Pittsburgh (by which I mean actually get off the 28X in Oakland) about 11:00pm; might be interested in going to half-price if anyone's up for that? I am looking at you, gwillen?
