I noticed that the comment export only grabs the first 10000 comment ids (I was previously perplexed by for instance

chrisamaphone only having made 35 comments?)

I downloaded the next 6222 comments by giving export_comments.bml a startid of 10000 and patched the XML file manually.

As an exercise I went through the first 100 names and determined that for 7 of them they are internet people whose real name I do not know, for 2 of them I could give only a first name, and for the remaining 91, I knew their full name. That's a lot of memorized mappings!
