I think Te cafe will still have Rose hip tea, which is high in vitamin C and has no caffine, it's a good option for being sick. Don't let them give you rose bud tea instead- that will just be overpoweringly flowery. Rose hip is sort of a citrus flavor- sort of sour but not as sour as most sour citrus. That probably doesn't make a whole lot of sense, if you choose it brew it taste it, and add sweetener as necessary.
I'm still upset with them for switching out their good food for some crap ass over health conscious sprout wraps, bah.
