Day 4 of Camp Spoonhowopic:
Breakfast was some kind of crazy caramel french toast. Quite tasty. Everyone around is a bit sluggish, preoccupied with hugs and warm goodbyes. I want to say that I am amazed that Dan and Kathy have accumulated so many delightful people around them, both relatives and acquaintances, but really, by this point, I have come almost to expect it. When so much awesomeness is concentrated in just two people, clearly it produces such severe distortion in the spatio-social fabric, and other awesome people are drawn inexorably towards them and cannot escape. What is really worth remarking upon is their generosity in going through so much planning and preparation and organization to make something so fun and memorable for everyone in attendance.
